Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an
incorrect item was received.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of
delivery. Photos of the issue must be included to process the claim.

Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
We will provide instructions for completing your return.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days.
